Who we are
"Inspecstar LLC Home Inspections Services" was Founded in 2014 and is a seasoning company that has a long history in the making. I first started working residential construction 37 yrs. ago, and out of those 37 yrs.
Inspestar's Mission:
I ( Stacey Suratt Owner of Inspecstar LLC ) thoroughly understand the "standards of practice" of a home inspector in the state of TN, and I will go beyond those standards to reveal all I possible can to you, about the property you are considering buying or selling. With tools like: my Seasoned Code of Ethics, my Well Trained Senses, a Continuing Education, and Research I will Inspect all accessible areas and major components. I take Pride in being there for my Clients before and after the completion of the Detailed Inspection Report!
Tips:
Gutters & Downspouts should be cleaned annually.
Downspouts should be extended to a point of a minimum 5% fall away from the foundation
Roof should be viewed annually for lose or missing roofing.

Tree limbs should not be allowed to touch nor overhang any structure.
Shrubbery should not be in contact with any structure.
Foundation vents should be open during the fall months & closed the remainder of the year.
