My Role
Construction Experience Behind Every Evaluation
With 36 years in residential construction, including 25 years of construction and remodeling work, Inspecstar’s inspector knows how a home’s systems fit together. Hands-on experience with foundations, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, insulation, and ventilation helps distinguish an isolated defect from a condition that could affect other parts of the property. Formal home-inspection education and certifications earned in 2007, 2014, and 2015 add a structured approach to that practical knowledge. The result is a thorough evaluation of visible, accessible components and a detailed report that explains findings in terms clients can use.

A Clear Record of Observed Conditions
Your Inspecstar report documents accessible areas and observed conditions across major home components, including the structure, roof, ventilation, insulation, and moisture management. Clear descriptions help you see what was found and where it was observed.
Context Behind the Findings
A finding is more useful when you understand why it matters. The report explains concerns such as moisture near framing, damaged roof components, or insufficient attic insulation so you can better gauge their potential impact and discuss appropriate repairs with qualified professionals.
Information You Can Use
Whether you are buying or selling, the report gives you a practical reference for conversations about the property. Inspecstar remains available to discuss the findings and help you understand which questions to ask as you consider your next steps.
